Choose a Missouri travel corridor
The current Missouri pages point toward several different trip identities: Lake of the Ozarks, the southwest corner, and the I-44 corridor. Meramec is a substantial guided-walk stop on that I-44 route, while the other caves can fit different travel rhythms. The caves are strong anchors, but they should be matched to the route a visitor is already taking.
Use the individual guides to compare tour character and local base towns, then keep the state hub for the larger choice of which Missouri region fits the visit.
